The Recruitment, Training and Skill Progress Committee (RTSPC) establishes well-defined recruitment criteria to be used by all partners and ensure fairness of selection, in accordance with the Charter & Code for researchers. Therefore, the pre and final selection is made in a collective, open, transparent, and merit-based process, led by the RTSPC.

Contract, salary and benefits
The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary in accordance with the CNRS Research Engineer grade, taking into account experience and qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious international research institution (CNRS).
As REFFRACTEUR is a European project running from October 2026 to September 2030, the Project Manager will be recruited on a 4‑year fixed‑term contract, starting as soon as possible. The Project Manager will be employed by the French CNRS and registered as staff of the IRCER CNRS Laboratory in Limoges. The position includes pension contributions, paid holidays, and other employment benefits as governed by CNRS regulations.
In addition to the above, the Project Manager will benefit from a high‑quality working and living environment at the IRCER CNRS Laboratory in Limoges, with the possibility of partial remote work (home office).
